License Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Greit Music Store (greitmusic.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and License Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

Purchasing or downloading any music track constitutes your acceptance of these terms. This is a click-through agreement and is legally binding under applicable electronic commerce and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Service Description

Greit Music Store is an online music licensing platform operated by Greit Studios, based in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The Service currently provides:

• A curated library of production-quality music tracks for per-track licensing
• Two license tiers per track: Standard License and Premium License
• Custom licensing for broadcast, film, and sync use (on request)
• Instant download and delivery of licensed music files
• License verification services for resolving platform disputes

Future Services: Greit Music Store may introduce additional purchase models (including subscription plans) in the future. New models will be governed by updated terms applying only to purchases made under those models.

3. Account & Eligibility

1. 1.You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to use this Service.
2. 2.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. 3.One license purchase grants rights to one individual or one legal entity. Sharing licenses across unrelated parties is prohibited.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

1. 1.Standard tracks are primarily generated using AI music generation tools, with professional mastering applied by Greit Studios.
2. 2.Premium tracks incorporate substantial human creative input including: arrangement, re-composition, additional instrumentation, vocal recording, and/or immersive audio production (Dolby Atmos).
3. 3.Under current copyright law in most jurisdictions, purely AI-generated works may not qualify for copyright protection. Licensees are purchasing contractual use rights, not copyright ownership.
4. 4.Greit Studios does not register Standard tracks with any Performance Rights Organization (PRO) or collecting society.
5. 5.Premium tracks with substantial human creative input may be eligible for certain intellectual property protections, including neighboring rights. The specific scope depends on applicable law in each jurisdiction.

5. Pricing & Payment

1. 1.All tracks are sold on a per-track basis. Each track displays its license tier and price at the time of purchase.
2. 2.License fees are one-time payments per track. No recurring charges, royalties, or additional performance fees apply.
3. 3.Prices are displayed in USD. Local currency conversion is handled by the payment provider.
4. 4.Indicative Pricing: Standard License tracks: $5–15 per track. Premium License tracks: $20–50 per track. Custom/Broadcast licensing: quoted on request.

6. Refund Policy

1. 1.Because music files are digital goods that can be copied immediately upon download, refunds are generally not available after download.
2. 2.Refunds will be considered for technical defects (corrupted files, incorrect format) if reported within 7 days of purchase.
3. 3.Where applicable consumer protection law grants a right to withdraw, that right expires once the content has been downloaded or streamed.

7. Nature of License

1. 1.USE LICENSE, NOT COPYRIGHT TRANSFER. All licenses are contractual use permissions. They do not constitute a transfer, assignment, or guarantee of copyright.
2. 2.Licenses are non-exclusive, perpetual (subject to compliance), worldwide, and non-transferable except as specified herein.
3. 3.The value of our licenses lies in: curated selection, professional production quality, ready-to-use commercial music, and the absence of additional PRO royalty obligations.

8. License Tiers

8.1 Standard License — Permitted Uses

• YouTube videos (monetization permitted, 1 channel per license)
• Social media: Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, X, Twitch, etc.
• Podcasts and online audio/video content
• Presentations, webinars, and e-learning courses
• Non-broadcast online advertisements and promotional videos
• Mobile apps and web applications (as background music)
• In-store / venue BGM (retail, restaurant, cafe, hotel, commercial spaces)

Not Included in Standard:

• Broadcast TV, radio, cable, IPTV, or OTT platforms
• Film, documentary, series, or video game sync
• Offline/broadcast advertisements (TV or radio commercials)
• Multiple YouTube channels (requires additional licenses)
• Dolby Atmos or high-resolution audio formats

8.2 Premium License — Permitted Uses

Includes all Standard License rights, plus:

• Multiple YouTube channels and social media accounts under one legal entity
• Commercial video production for clients (freelancer/agency use)
• Larger-scale online advertising campaigns

Delivery includes:

• WAV (24-bit) and/or FLAC
• Dolby Atmos spatial audio (where available)
• Stems for select tracks (where available)

Not Included in Premium:

• Broadcast TV, radio, film, or video game sync (see 8.3)
• Offline/broadcast advertisements (TV or radio commercials)

8.3 Broadcast & Sync License (Custom)

For broadcast television, radio, film, documentaries, video games, TV/radio commercials, or theatrical releases, contact us for a custom license.

9. Performance Rights Organization (PRO) Fees

1. 1.Licensed Music is NOT registered with any PRO including: ASCAP, BMI, SESAC (US), PRS (UK), GEMA (Germany), JASRAC (Japan), KOMCA (Korea), SACEM (France), APRA AMCOS (Australia), or any other collecting society.
2. 2.You are NOT required to pay separate public performance royalties to any PRO when using Licensed Music.
3. 3.One payment covers all usage rights within your license tier — no additional royalty obligations to any collecting society.

10. Restrictions

Regardless of license tier, you may NOT:

1. 1.Claim Copyright: Register Licensed Music with any copyright office, PRO, or collecting society, or claim authorship.
2. 2.Register with Content ID: Register with YouTube Content ID, Spotify fingerprinting, Apple Shazam, or similar systems.
3. 3.Redistribute: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share as standalone files, sample packs, or competing libraries.
4. 4.File Takedown Claims: File copyright claims, DMCA notices, or disputes against other legitimate licensees.
5. 5.Unlawful Use: Use in connection with hate speech, defamation, pornography, or illegal content.
6. 6.Misrepresent Origin: Represent as human-authored for copyright registration or awards.
7. 7.Exceed License Scope: Use beyond your purchased tier (e.g., Standard track in broadcast).

11. Content ID & Platform Disputes

1. 1.Licensed Music is non-exclusive. Multiple licensees may use the same track.
2. 2.If you receive a Content ID claim or copyright strike, contact support@greitstudios.com. We will provide a verification letter within 3 business days.
3. 3.We may maintain a public license verification portal for real-time confirmation.
4. 4.We will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee third-party platform outcomes.

12. Disclaimers & Limitations

13. Practical Protection of Licensed Content

While AI-generated music may have limited copyright protection, your licensed content has practical safeguards:

1. 1.Distribution Timestamp: All tracks have verifiable first-publication dates. Timestamps demonstrate prior distribution against copy attempts.
2. 2.License Verification: Our system provides proof of licensing accepted by major platforms for dispute resolution.
3. 3.Professional Quality: Tracks are professionally mastered. Premium includes Dolby Atmos. Replicating exact qualities requires our pipeline.
4. 4.Anti-Registration: In most jurisdictions, registering AI-generated content as human-authored constitutes fraud, carrying legal consequences independent of copyright.

14. Termination

1. 1.Your license is perpetual for as long as you comply with these Terms.
2. 2.Greit Studios may terminate immediately upon written notice for material breach: Content ID registration, copyright claims, unauthorized redistribution, or exceeding scope.
3. 3.Upon termination, cease all use and remove from all platforms within 30 days.
4. 4.Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

1. 1.Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. 2.Parties shall first attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days.
3. 3.If unresolved: Seoul Central District Court (domestic); Korean Commercial Arbitration Board / KCAB (international).
4. 4.Nothing prevents seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

1. 1.We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to new purchases only.
2. 2.Existing licenses remain under the terms at time of purchase.
3. 3.Material changes communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
4. 4.Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance for new purchases.

17. General Provisions

1. 1.These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Greit Studios.
2. 2.If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
3. 3.Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement rights.
4. 4.Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
